Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable and secures your wedding date. 2. Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the booking more than 60 days before the event, 50% of the total fee (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by both parties. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made more than 60 days before the event are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Rescheduling within 60 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation and the above cancellation terms will apply.
