Below are our Terms of Service, which outline important legal details, but the bottom line is that it’s our aim to always take care of you, whether you are a client or a partner on our platform.

Licensing Terms

By visiting and/or taking any action on GoWed, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communication.

Here are the terms of our Standard License:

The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive right to make use of the wedding leads you have acquired.
You are licensed to use the leads to create one End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.
If a lead contains data or content sourced from elsewhere under a different license, that item retains its original license. The license for the data or content will be noted by the lead provider. You are responsible for adhering to the original license or clearing it with the provider of the data or content.
This license can be terminated if you breach it, and you lose the right to distribute the End Product until the lead has been fully removed from the End Product.
The provider of the lead retains ownership of the lead, but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the provider of the lead and you. GoWed is not a party to this license or the one granting you the license.

Additional Terms

In addition to the Licensing Terms, the following terms apply to your use of GoWed’s services and website:

You agree to use the leads provided by GoWed solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the leads to send unsolicited marketing messages or spam. Compliance with all anti-spam laws is your responsibility.
GoWed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach any of these terms or if your actions harm our reputation or business operations.
GoWed may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoWed operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
