Cancellation Policy

Wedding Photography Cancellation Policy 1. Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your wedding photography package. 2. Cancellation by the Client: More than 120 days before the wedding date: The client will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer fee. Between 30 to 90 days before the wedding date: The client will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer fee. Less than 30 days before the wedding date: No refunds will be issued. 3. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel, all payments, including the retainer fee, will be fully refunded. The photographer will also make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer for the same date. 4. Rescheduling: If the client needs to reschedule the wedding date, the retainer fee can be applied to the new date, subject to the photographer's availability. A new contract will need to be signed. 5. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies), either party may cancel the agreement. In such cases, a full refund of all payments, excluding the retainer fee, will be provided. 6. Written Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received by the photographer. 7. Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to last-minute cancellations or rescheduling (e.g., travel expenses, booking fees) will be the client's responsibility.
