Cancellation Policy

1- Booking Amount: Upon booking our wedding photography services, clients are required to pay a booking amount of 30% of the total package price. 2- Payment Schedule: An additional 50% of the total package price is due after the wedding event has taken place, and the remaining 20% is due upon delivery of the final edited photo collection. 3- Cancellation Before 30 Days of Wedding: In the event of cancellation by the client more than 30 days prior to the wedding date, 50% of the advance booking amount will be refunded. 4- Cancellation Within 30 Days of Wedding: If the client cancels the contract within 30 days of the wedding date, the advance booking amount will not be refunded. 5- Data Delivery: Upon request, clients have the option to receive the entire collection of raw and edited photos in a digital format. An additional fee will be charged for this service. 6- Hard Disk Delivery: Clients opting for the delivery of data on a hard disk will incur an extra charge. The hard disk will contain both the raw and edited photo files, ensuring comprehensive access to the entire wedding photography collection. Please note that by engaging our services and making the initial booking payment, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
