Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation Policy for [Tushar Sharma Photography] Wedding Photography Services* At Tushar Sharma Photography, we understand that plans can change. We strive to offer flexibility while ensuring that our commitments are respected. Please review our cancellation policy carefully. ### 1. *Cancellation by the Client:* - *60 Days or More Before the Event:* - If you cancel your booking 60 days or more before the scheduled event date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. - *30 to 59 Days Before the Event:* - Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the advance payment. - *Less than 30 Days Before the Event:* - Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in the client being responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon fees. No refunds will be issued. ### 2. *Rescheduling:* - *60 Days or More Prior to the Event:* - Rescheduling requests made 60 days or more before the event date can be accommodated based on our availability, without any additional charges. The advance payment will be carried forward to the new date. - *Less than 60 Days Prior to the Event:* - Rescheduling requests made less than 60 days before the event will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total package cost. The new date will be subject to our availability. ### 3. *Cancellation by the Photographer:* In the unlikely event that [Tushar Sharma Photography] has to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments. We will also assist in finding an alternative photographer if necessary. ### 4. *Force Majeure:* - Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. ### 5. *Refunds:* - All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. ### 6. *Changes to the Policy:* - [Tushar Sharma Photography] reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy at any time, with reasonable notice provided to clients who have existing bookings.
